NCI Center for Global Health Inaugural Meeting: Setting Priorities for Global Cancer Research
In March 2012 the National Cancer Institute's Center for Global Health held its inaugural meeting. The meeting provided an opportunity to introduce the new Center and its role in global cancer research. Meeting attendees reviewed NCI's current global health research portfolio, identified unmet research needs, and determined areas of research where NCI should strengthen its collaborations.
